Connection Issues

I played today 2 games, first was absolutely fine but the second wasnt. After like 2 minutes, game started to lag heavily, for my teammate too and also for my enemies. After a while, my teammate was already fine, but i kept experiencing those lags. We eventually surrendered becouse i wasnt able to play. After a few hours (now) i started CoH 2 again but now it took like 20 minutes to Connect me into Online and Skirmish lobby and after it connected, it said i have connection issues. So i quit the game, restarted steam and tried again. After the intro videos were over it immeditely told me that i am not connected and that i cant play online, i pressed reconnect and eventually after some time i got into the lobby. But its obvious that there is still some problem. My internet connection should be totally fine as i am not experincing anything unusual except the game. Is the problem just on my side, as my friend has no problems at all.
