I got 2 questions:
1.)How useful is the smoke grenade from the commandos?
2.)how can I counter a goliath doctrine... its cancer... I mean, I know how much it costs therefore I can exploit that out of my enemy but in simple terms. How can I get an easier way to counter them?

1.) It provides only light cover, not like the normal smoke which block sight as well. It can be usefull in some situations like no cover in the area

1.) I personally don't find it useful and thus never use it.
2.) IRRC the doctrinal Tank Hunter squad from the special weapons doctrine is able to detect armor through the fog of war and this even includes hiden goliaths! Try fielding these guys and keep a keen eye on the mini-map to avoid nasty surprises.

Use sweeperes man adn try to listen fog of war, how absurd its dont sound.
