Game won't open

It only goes up to the Company of Heroes 2 logo then just closes itself. No Bugsplat or error notification whatsoever. I played the game before on the same computer but had to change my OS from Windows 8 to Windows 7 and just did a fresh installation. Did I miss something that might have been important to play the game other than Nvidia Drivers?
