Changing Munitions Splats?

I'm trying to edit the HE shell to put the same splat on the ground as a 37mm Flak. I first assumed that the splats spawned were under the authority of the projectile ebp, but after cloning them and copy/pasting the splats over it seems that this is not the case. Since the munitions name field is just a string and includes no editable reference, how should I go about implementing this?

fx_munition_name is only for the penetrating or non-penetrating impact FX.

All of the splat terrain textures are set to null for the 37mm flak. I explored the fields of some other projectiles and they are all either identical texture paths (attributes\material\cement rubble sand etc) or identically null.
