21:9 G-sync no working?

I know I can play the game in 21:9 but I can't choose 100hz in the options. Anyone else having problems with this?

Just set in the video driver control panel and it'll override anything else.
Nvidia Control Panel/3d Settings/Global or pick COH2/Refresh Rate/ and choose Highest Available and it'll always default to your highest refresh rate.
