USF Campaign bug : first mission

Can upgrade weapons racks from start. It will be effect third company mission that will let us upgrade weapons racks for equip to Rifleman. Once upgrade complete, no speech said about let Rifleman grab BARs. Even we grab some BARs no other mission update.
