Is steppes not in 3v3 rotation anymore?

I have played atleast 100 3v3 games and I have never gotten Steppes as a map the last year, I know it was in 3v3 rotation before as i have played many 3v3 games on that map before like over a year ago. I tried a 4v4 and I got it instantly, so my question is if the map vetoes are bugged? Because it seems to be impossible to get that map in 3v3 anymore which is a damn shame because it is the best map.

It is in 3vs3 rotation!

But i agree, in 4vs4 you get Steppe way more often!( Also there are days-pool-rotation! I had days, where i got stepps 7 time in a row! and then other days, 0 steppe games but only city17!)

But also it was, because of a Bug with hill400. Now hill400 is back.

Yeah, Hill 400 is back with no Watchtowers anymore .
