Instant defeat in multiplayer

About 50% of multiplayer games I play look like this:
1. Game found
2. Game loads
3. Game goes "DEFEAT" before I can even click anything, with the message "You were disconnected".
Any ideas? I don't have connection problems in any other game, and I never got disconnected from CoH2 after a match started successfuly.

Only automatch with other players.
Maybe it cheats (drophack)?

There's a hack that makes the game end before it starts? That's dumb as hell.

Not sure how a win-hack prior to game connecting/loading would work. Heck, I'm not sure a win-hack even after the game starting would be feasible to accomplish on a regular basis. The logic just doesn't follow based on my understanding of how the battle servers work.

Have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache?

I did, no errors found.
Right now I'm after a malware scan and a registry clean-up. Wil try playing some when the disks are defragmented.

I only managed to play one game, but it was a good, long battle ;)
But before the game started, Steam ran another integrity check without asking me. Then it downloaded a 1.5 GB update.

Just happened again, but this time my side won... EDIT: so far I played 5 games today: 2 instant wins, one instant defeat, two normal games where some people just quit on start.
I spend more time waiting for a match and in the loading screen than in-game... EDIT2: game 6, instant defeat. EDIT3: game 7, instant defeat.

So I've "played" 7 games today, of which 5 didn't even start. Considering that I usually have about an hour a day to play, I don't think this is a game for me.

I Googled a little and did this:
Sound quality set to low (can't really hear a difference anyway)
Created "allow" rules for in/out traffic in Windows Firewall for this IP: 54.209.64.161 (game server)
Created "allow" rules for in/out traffic on these TCP ports: 27015-27030

Loads faster and I don't think I had issues since. My bet is on the sound quality, but I'll leave the firewall as it is, don't wanna fix what's not broken anymore ;)
