There has been an update on the Alienware Website regarding this:

Looks like Steam provided the wrong keys. We've removed the previous keys from the system and we will be putting up the correct keys once we receive them. Everyone should then have the opportunity to get the key for the correct commander. Thanks for everyone's patience.

Hopefully, those who have signed and asked for a key, will receive a new one when they are available!
