Sturmtiger decrewing... Exploit or just stupid?

It's very easy mechanically to decrew your own ST during it's reload phase to call in as many as you want. Just fire it and reload, then tell something to attack ground it.

Would doing this ever be a good idea? It's not free (you lose vet and need to recrew it), and I'm not sure multiple STs is really something you want.

What do you think? For 2v2? For 1v1?

I had this idea that you could go 2v2, make 3 of them (would cost 480 fuel, doable if you didn't tech, maybe?) and then have your partner make a JP4 so you don't just get picked off by jacksons. The 3 STs would move in a formation so that they could cover each other after firing.

The map would be Trois Pons or some shit like that.

I'm always happy when enemy decides to attack with arty or with anything my reloading Sturmtiger.

Why?

What's better than rocket which can wiped everything?

Yeah it probably could be considered an exploit in larger game modes although even then it's pretty rare that you'd want a second ST over a JP4, panther or KT, especially if that second one came with the added cost of a squad's worth of manpower.
