That was my issue as a T-34 cant do anything with a damaged engine the entire function of the tank is gone and unlike the P4 Soviets have to take a tactical risk to get in range for ram and it is soul crushing to have 1 gren throw a faust and turn off my ability.
Well a T34 gets fausted and it loses its ability to render another, possibly very expensive tank useless. The only reason ram isn't more broken than strafing run is because there is a way to prevent it from happening. That doesn't really compare at all to blitzkrieg, which is just a speed increase.

I have see multipull accounts blitzkreig working on a damaged engine and giving it a speed boost, not to its full potential, but a big increase(so it goes faster than not useing it without a damaged engine).
I have witnessed this myself and used it myself, there is also proof from casters ( RnP, ID, TFN)
imo it should not give a speed buff when the engine is damage, the other buffs are fine.
