Passive abilities not taking effect

i called one passive abilities from brit commander "Advanced Emplacement Regiment" "DEFENSIVE OPERATIONS"

the ability appeared in the command panel, but there is no effect in the game.

i already deleted the required requirements from the ability_bag


Please Help...

As with most passive commander "abilities", this one doesn't actually do anything, it's just there to show the icon. You will have to modify the requirements of the Tommies' repair ability and those of the emplacements they can build.

Thanks buddy figured it out, not only that you need to modify also the action list. thanks again.
