My go to build for Soviets:
Special Rifle > Conscript > Penal > Penal > Penal > Medic/AT Nade > Tankoviy Battalion > T-70
A good build order for Soviet this patch. Try to upgrade at least one flamethrower on your Penals, allows them to dominate almost every engagement. Tech an AT nade when you see enemy vehicle; usually because T-70 rush is better and at nade slows it down a bit. Keep your conscripts close to your Penals when you do get an AT nade. If you've fallen behind in fuel and your opponent managed to seize them for a good long while, you might want to opt for an SU-76 instead. Or maybe back tech to Support Weapon for AT guns

Play Soviets OST has been underpowered almost every patch since they nerfed the Tiger Ace. Better option, buy HOI4 if you don't have it. Much better WW2 RTS.

5-0 start playing Americans. Still got it guys haha!!! Haven't played against anyone decent yet so I will probablies be in for an ass kicking any second.
Doing 4 rifles -> Stuart with Rifle company (Flanking without flamers don't feel right to me).
