Why other people can see our bulletins, it's a bit annoying because it can reveal part of your plans or maybe you can use it to brain your opponent, but well, I'd prefer to hide them. Because of this I mainly use "neutral" ones, like inf buffs
What do you think about that?

That's the whole point - you can get "buffs" for your style of gameplay but in exchange the enemy will be able to assume what's going to happen. The effects are so small though that I prefer to confuse him - nothing is funnier than giving the enemy the feeling he is going to play against Cancer regiment.
