Optimization is not going to happen.
It's simply not.
The DOW3 screenshots look essence'y' engine to me - you don't think that they might do a dx12 version of DOW3 with better use of cores? - not that this means they would retro fit it to an old game of course.
Alternatively they could just be relying on hardware improvements to tackle this issue with DOW3

do you mean you cant see any items to salavge or that you can salvage items for which you don't have duplicates?
Some people see no salavageable items at all because Relic is punishing them for having used a mod in the past to farm warspoils

I can salvage items for which I don't have duplicates.
For example i'm 100% sure about having just one counter attack commander, and it is on the list.

Update stuck at %98,
Then while trying to resolve the issue, ereased patch files in steam folder...
Started to update again, but now it stuck at %0...

Change your download region and restart steam. That seems to fix it for most people.

Salvaged all. Got 148 000. Bought every commander (seven left I think it was) and some skins!

Change your download region and restart steam. That seems to fix it for most people.
Nope, changed it to 3 different locations... still no luck... download not starts....

Perhaps deleting update files confused it - verify files?

After deletion, verified integrity of game cache too...Still no chance....
It seems to force me full download of the game and i really dont want it....
Even cannot backup game files due to waiting update....

Yep, I had a message about farming after I updated COH2. But it didn't mention that Relic gonna remove all my duplicates for doing that

Well specifically I and others switched to the new york server and this worked for me and a friend also. However we didn't delete any files inbetween. I take it your internet is not fast/cheap enough to simply say sod it and reinstall.

'Unlucky' seems to have switched places here. I can only assume that you luckily got a lot less duplicates in the past compared to some people. Now you are unlucky because you have less cash to spend on the things you really want. All previous drops were cashed in for the same value be they commanders, skins or whatever.

Wow new york server solved while london and vancouver not... without reinstall...

which method of farming to be exact?
There were maps and probably gamemodes too (dunno for sure though) that would let you be ingame (never losing) and thus get free play-hours with more war spoils as a consequence. I used it 1 or twice too but it was too much work for my energy bill. Guess leaving ur pc on all day might be more expensive than just buying a commander u want.
