Server Issue, or Client? Live Games Empty, Online Disabled

Came out of a long period of offline mode, and CoH2 seems a bit broken. I cannot access Automatch, nor does the Live Games list update, or even load. Does anyone know what the cause might be?

This happens when Steam doesn't check for updates before launching the game.
Restart Steam, you should see a patch queue up.

In your launch options for the game via steam, do you have any dev strings written? If you do, you will know what I mean, if not, thats not the problem 
Have you done all the verify files etc?
Lastly, and a long shot, is your firewall blocking internet access?

This did not fix it.

Ah, yes, I had tried to understand the console earlier and forgot to remove "-dev" from the launch options. Thank you!
