I've read that there are some unused voice clips. Any way to use them? If it is possible, how?

The way I understand it, every speaker or speech code in the AE has a list of voice lines that can be played. Now there seems to be a great lot of voice lines that people were able to extract from the game and upload to YouTube or wherever, but they don't ever appear when you're actually playing. So that means they are either not bound to any code in the AE, or we just don't know the code. Sadly, there doesn't seem to be a list of available speech codes anywhere!

There is a list. Use the Archive Viewer to open Data.sga and navigate to game\speechtuning.lua.
