yesterday i was playing on essen steelworks. the enemy was spamming partisans like crazy, so i wanted to burn down the buildings to stop the pzschreckspam behind my lines.
and now to the funny part: it didnt work with some buildings. the flamer was working for like 1-2 mins on some building, doing no damage at all. hidden easter egg provided by lelic?
thx for the never ending bullsh*t in this game
edit: oh, wasnt this actually supposed to be fixed? ...deep snow should also have gotten fully removed, but for some reason i still see it on some maps LUL

I noticed this problem as well. Flames are not effective at all at destroying buildings. Even two flamer teams will take a long time to set buildings on fire, and some buildings are completely immune to flames.

Infantry flamers effectiveness is diminished because buildings have increased flame resistance ever since flame DoT from vehicles was introduced.
They all burn down, but it'll take a considerable time for infantry flamers to do so, they still remain effective at clearing them though.

Had this problem too. Spent 3 or 4 mins trying to burn the down church on Semois and only started smoking.
OH Flamer HT only takes a few seconds though.

BUT, the real issue is that sometimes a building gets set on fire after a very short time, sometimes you need minutes, sometimes its never going to happen. THIS is the real annoying issue.
