Could someone here make me a minimap?

Hello, i have spent hours trying and trying and i just can't get it to work, so if anyone here has some extra time could you please make me a tactical minimap? I have tried so many times in that free photoshop variant program since i can't afford photoshop and have zero skills in it. Please help me :-)

The problem, I think, for OP and myself... is that neither of us have Photoshop. Which makes it kind of hard to follow the guide. :/

you must know how to get things umm.. um first and pay later... or never.
adobe kinda has monopoly in this area so i am not sure how else to make the map with other softwares that might be free.

There is another program that is free that i have seen on the forum but the guide on how to use the program to make a tactical image is not working anymore because all the pics showing on how to do do what is not there anymore

I would try in GIMP, its free and open source. If you need something super simple with free trial you can also try corel photo paint, it should be enough for this particular task.
