Is there any table available which summaries the inherent (as opposed to those earned by XP) received_accuracy values for each unit/faction? For example, I just read that Obersoldaten have a value of 0.70 while Grenadiers have 0.91...

If you want the current stuff its listed under the ebps tab on the attribute editor.
