When i destroy a truck while positioning, the resource are refounded to OKW ?

It should work simular to building a bunker 4 example. If you destroy it by damaging it as opponent, he gets nothing back. If he interupts the building he gets something back, how much it is, I actually don´t know.

They are refunded a percentage based on completion percentage only if they cancel it. If the truck is destroyed, they get nothing back. They also lose the supply halftrack guaranteed.
