The only reason COH2 is still around, is because it's preserved by salt.

Guy who played Brits got Brit Commander and Brit Bulletins.
Guy who played Germans got German commander and German Bulletin.
The other skins were corresponding to the faction the player who got them was playing.
Hell of a coincidence. Posted in Bugs section satirically.

Its not that much of coincidence. Of course the odds are lowered by the number of players but generally relic stated when they first introduced the warspoils that the chances of getting items for the faction you play are much bigger than the chances for other factions.
