Hi!
Sometimes when we play against AI the game starts to cyclically lag, at the same time for everybody. In the last match it was so bad that we couldn't control our troops, so we had to surrender.
All of us have good PCs, so it's not an issue on our side.
The periodic lag is usually short, and rare, but sometimes it can be really annoying.

I also have 3-4 second freezes when I play ToW.
