most of the units needs a shitload of kills to reach vet5 (except volks) 
KT 100+ kills? Stuka 70-80 kills? etc.
The only tanks I have seen in 2vs2 with vet5, are panthers,JP4 and Panzer 4
I vote its fine

Vet 5 Hetzer.
Some units are impossible to get to vet 5, like the KT or the Jagdtiger while infantry units and arty are much easier to achieve (volks get shit ton of xp thanks to their shreck).

Agreed. on the FEW occasions I have managed to get an SU85 to vet 3 it was an absolute beast. It's rate of fire is ridiculous.
Trouble is it almost never survives.

You know what else should be removed?
USF crew repair, and vehicle decrew...
OKW vet bonuses had been nerfed with the last patch... also its hard to reach vet5 with anything besides volks.
Even volks veterancy had been tuned down in one of the patches... ofcourse it cant be helped when someone feeds a schreck blob with vehicles...

Now there is a good chance I will get torn to shreds for this but, What about vet 5 on sovjets? Isn't the reason that the okw have vet 5 because they were drawn from the eastern front? If so wouldn't it make sense for their troops to be just as hardened? Might breathe a little life into the soviet faction and help many of their units which currently don't scale very well.
I would rather keep the vet 5 mechanic, it makes things more fun and interesting.
