All the topics i had on that forums were "moved or deleted" and i can't access the CoH 2 community page on steam..

Why wouldn't it be possible?
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Browsing the skin-section isn´t possible, too. But this doesn´t mean you are banned from the forums.
I hope Relic is finally cleaning up the steam-workshop and fixing those Update/Upload bugs and some other stuff.
