Was trying out the new commander with all the tank abilities, when I called in a command tank, it charged me fueld and mp but it never arrived. Kinda screwed me over. I tried it later in the match and it did arrive that time

It happens when the call-in would set you over the pop cap, so over 100.
At least it happened to me twice, while it worked when I was staying below pop cap
