So, here's a bit of explanation if you don't know. This thread discusses ideas for the possibly upcoming release of 'Epic Intel Bulletins.' These bulletins completely redefine the army that you chose to use them on by giving them more defined rolls. Some will make units extremely powerful, and some will make units extremely disposable. In the long run, they are just Intel Bulletins that make your army/units of choice 'over-powered.' Hope this clears some things up for you, and make sure that you know that these will most likely never pass through the drawing board.

PS. This is the general template for the Intel Bulletins that come in epic quality:

Title of Bulletin
adjustment to unit stats (AND/OR)
adjustment to weapon stats (AND/OR)
adjustment to ability stats (AND/OR)
adjustment to misc (AND/OR)
etc.

Ability: Upon Caping a point, a bomber loaded with grand slam bombs will crash into the enemy base.

That bulletins not good though, 1 240mm shell or sniper shot would still kill a model with that armor value.
