I don't know how DSHK was before the latest patch, but right now they almost instapin infantry.
Nothing changes, only maxim was nerfed. DSHK have OLD design from very beginning of game. Who need dushka when you have good stock HMG?

DHSK is fine as it is call-in unit. Honestly, it is just the requirement for "witch hunt" as stated above...
