Logitech gaming mouse ( G300s) problem...

Trying to rebind the extra buttons to do useful things ingame but no joy.

There are two options, either on computer profiles which I set up with a link to the coh2 exe ( it didn't have either COh in it's recognised games); didn't work; or on mouse memory which didn't work either.


What am I doing wrong?

Even simple substition didn't work, was hoping to have select next idle infantry on mousewheel down but can't see a way to do it.
