Answer to Russian Mortar + MG?

Not really sure how to take out mortar spam supported with guard troops and maxims. Flame HT gets snipped by guards spam and the ZiS and successful flanks only displace, not kill the weapon crews (6 man weapon crews with rifles..wtf is this?). The basic strat is this mortar spam to slowly take the map supported by SU85s. Counter mortars using mortar half track/squads is worthless (6 man squads). Any answer to this?

Then do it before Guards
Pios Pios Pios T2 Flame HT
then he gonna have half of his Maxim crews spam dead before he can call Guards, then serve the purpose right?
Sweap the field with PGs and Panzer 4
Keep the fuel points as yours then there is be no SU-85 troubles
