Universal carrier vickers suppressing fire

Hi. Sometimes with the vickers upgrade you can use the suppressing fire ability. Then the gunner just stops shooting then he starts shooting, but only in really short bursts which cannot pin enemies. I will try to post a video or something

bad upgrade and bad ability. its buggy, short ranged, and ineffective.

The UC doesn't seem to be effective for anything frankly... Turning one into a command vehicle and keeping it as far from enemy fire as possible seems like its only reason detre.
