IIRC, replays won't work from past versions, even if said version was just a minor hotfix. I'm pretty sure there's some tool somewhere that allows you to use replays from pre-hotfix versions, I'll add the link if I find it.
EDIT:
Found two things, can't test right now, but they might work.
Here's a replay version switcher from around launch, some recent posts so it might still work.
If that doesn't work, here's a post on allowing the game to "see" old replays. (just add "-allowIncompatibleReplays" to launch options w/o quotes)
