I personally don't like the new OKW.
it has lost that felling of uniqueness with having to wisely spend your munis and fuel.. having a small army of elite specialised units.
the new increased full prices for okw just show that there in no problem with it having fuel penalties, this is just a new form
i think most us would agree that the old okw was better, in design and feel than the new one.
all it needed was to re work most of the doctrines, reduce required exp needed to vet up on most of the units and slightly buff t0 units.
i would leave the 100% muni income but remove the recurece transfers, would add a 15 cp for a kt
Bring back the old okw
