rifleman:in first rifleman only have 6 pop.
after rifleman have 7pop

tommy/sapper : increased to 8pop and 10pop when they got 5 member
commander vehicle air recon : have no sight. YES RECON AIRCRAFT HAVE NO SIGHT
air burst : no longer shot when have no sight lol
commandered vehicle cant re-take when commander vehicle are abonded

+volly fire cost increased
riflemen pop changed to 6.5 pop [decrease 0.5]
