Decent units in tiers, reasonable teching speed, stronk T1

Shock front, cheapass maxims in Arhem/Sturdzof buildings
5. OKW

Royal artillery commander, best artillery commander. No other faction will let you 420blazeit with emergency war speed on your self-propelled artillery pieces. That alone makes up for all its non-existing flaws.
