How to disable a weapon's projectile from 'homing' onto a target? Also, can the same be done with infantry small_arms?

Change the collision_type of the projectile.
Bullet weapons do not home, they hit scan.

They hit or they don't, entirely dependent on accuracy.

Cool. Is there a way to prevent, let's say, a Flak 20mm's projectile from hitting the terrain so much (and hit the enemy instead)?
