USF Weapon Rack Graphical Bug?

This is super minor, but ever since the bazooka and BAR weapon rack unlocks were merged into one single upgrade, the weapon racks for those weapons no longer "open" graphically on the USF base. Almost not even worth mentioning but I always thought that it was a nice touch and I was sad to lose it.
SteamId is set to private for user id Illenia. Set it to public if you want to link to your playercard via your user id.

some flag probably got broken or wasn't changed. easy fix.
