My Greens are getting pwned by Rifles

Relic please fix this! I make 4 x greens and a move them in a blob with LMG, but Rifles with vet 3 keep throwing grenades on them and wiping them. Please Relic nerf nades and nerf rifles, as this should not be allowed to happen.
