None at the moment, stormtroopers with G43's would be interesting.

Wow that would be really interesting, because the cost for the G43 is lower, there is no movement penalty, and their role as harassing units would be further emphasized.

Would pretty much be JLI minus the snipe crit I guess.

The crits for JL are pretty important, so the squads would function quite differently, but Stormtroopers with G43's would also gain Integration, which would provide very critical intelligence that could be acted on immediately. G43's would also avoid their current near complete overlap with PG's.

Stormtrooper are currently underused because the STG package is so overpriced... G43s would be nice.

Honestly I think it'd just be better if they spawned in with one STG already, and you had the choice of upgrading with either one more STG or a Pschreck. Currently they're too awkward to call in from static buildings in most situations because there's no real reason to worry about an unupgraded stormtrooper squad. Giving them the same kind of shock value as the other call-in from static building infantry such as partisans and falls would, in my opinion, go a long way to increasing the use of the commanders they are featured in.

Solid idea. G43s would make them better in combat without the price tag and still have a weapon provided ability to further add a different element to the unit.
