Found a pretty big bug on the balance preview. So it seems that if at any point in the game, you get 3 trucks in any form, you can't build any more trucks for the rest of the game.

Example: I have a mechanized HQ, and battlegroup HQ and then build a truck. The truck icon greys out with a weird text, and then I can't build trucks anymore even if any of my HQs get destroyed.

Below is a screenshot of the icon and the weird error text. YOu can see that I only have a flak HQ built and nothing else, but it won't let me build more trucks

Thanks, I've informed the Balance Team. We'll get this fixed before the Patch comes out.
