Can anyone explain the logic here? British off maps can't be called in the base sector, fine. Howitzers used to be built in base sectors, so I see dive bomb is a counter. But why is it still allowed to insta-wipe retreating squads with the recon combo?
Also I think the OKW Scavenge 105 mm offmap can be called in base sector too, but I could be wrong. Why can't we be consistent and forbid all off maps on the base sector?

OKW 105mm can be called on base. Any off map strike except railway artillery (british, american rng bombs and ostheer) can be used on base sector.

the dive bomb is bullshit since it got the aoe increase.
