In coh2, capturing territory is changed so arty is not good for attacking enemies that are capturing. the only purpose for using heavy arty is base destructing and defensive structure destructing so enemies must advance to heavy artillery to defend base structure.
I think heavy artillery doesn't inflict enough damage to base structure. One more tank instead of heavy artillery is always more useful now.

Only thing I used the B4 was for smacking elephants and jagdtiger, then they removed precision strike and now it never gets used lol
