Early T-70 is nearly unstoppable by German now.
Pak40 never can be a counter to T-70. There is even a bulletin that requires 150 AT member kills by T-70. A single teller mine can destroy T-70 but it is unreliable. PzGrens with schreck are just being kited to death and German tier 3 tanks appear too late.
I think T-70's range should be reduced from 40m to 35m, same as Panzerschreck. Seriously, in what universe 45mm 20K L/46 has the same range with 88mm KwK36 L/56(Tiger's)?
