Is the game finally balanced in 4v4. The current chart from coh2chart.com seems to suggest it.

Regardless of balance it doesn't really feel that good right now. When I do 4v4s, whether i win or lose it seems both sides just spam stupid un-fun-to-face stuff

If by balanced you mean one faction is carrying the other the two, I guess that's a sort of balance.

Balance was never a problem caused by faction strength but by playerbase. More people play now allies, that means you have more skilled players on the allies side. Thus 3vs3+ games will never be and were never a balance indicator. Only 1vs1 & 2vs2 can be taken into account for this.
