I have captured these in several games now and I can say with confidence that this thing is almost completely worthless when garrisoned. I'm not sure how such a change was made, but it no longer fires on it's own. It relies on me to tell it to shoot, shot for shot. Even then, it takes forever. I'm wondering if it's suffering from the same bug that plagues captured British emplacements.
Anyone else notice this?

I have noticed the same. Also, it ignores facing orders from time to time and simply keeps changing it's facing randomly.
I am realistic and thoughtful.
You're the one who is blind to that, ignoring overpowering synergy that would create for ost, imbalancing completely their tiering and tech pace.
