Hello all,
This will seem like a stupid question, but how do I buy the new Brit commanders without using the ingame shop which requires me to transfer funds into a Steam account ?

i don't think you can. if it's over 5$ you can pay exact change but if it's less you'll have to put at least 5$ in.
