Jaeger Armor + Tiger is usually the best for double Ostheer
(OKW/Osth) Luftwaffle Supply Doc + JT commander (Fuel feed for days!)
(CAS + CAS also works for double ostheer Kappa)

IMO there's too many combinations.
Usually best to pick two that complement each other towards staged teching, decrease weakness and certain stages, and may / will have a hard counter towards shock units.
Most importantly they have to suit your own gameplay.
