Skins problems

Hi again guys. I have a small problem, I moved a few german units from West German to German and so on. And now I have a visual problem. The skins do not apply on those units.
I tried to set manually the skin using the UI ext but the skin refuse to be applied. The normal skins from the relic skin pack do not work.
I downloaded a few custom skin packs from "Steam Workshop" and they worked properly.

Then my question is: Can I fix the problem with the attribute editor ?
If the answer is yes, then I will really apreciate an advice :)

The reason some custom skins work is because they probably packaged both factions at the same time. Relic skins are either Ostheer or Westheer, but not both.
