Problem is Sega. Money greedness. As long as DLC sell well enough, full mod support wont be allowed for coh2. Yes there are mod tools and coh2 is even easier to mod than vcoh (there no mod tools from devs to vcoh) but still they enable only small scale modding and full conversion mods arent allowed because they would include most likely stuff (like sturmtiger or jagdtiger) which are in the DLCs
so when we can actually make mods?

You expect automatch games moddable?
If so, then you're out of your mind so much it hurts.
You have custom games for mods, thats why they are called custom games in the first place.
Also god forbid relic doesn't want premium content to be handed out by modders for free to everyone and made some rules for it.
Its like... they don't want to give away for free the work that fills their plates at home!
Who in his right mind would EVER do that? That is not how socialism, which is predominant model in our world, works!

There are some things that should be moddable in automatch: skins, faceplates and decals. Ofc those should be only custom for you, the opponent should be able to see only relic made content.

if they allow mod in automatch that would mean that the support from relic is ''over''. this can´t happen yet..
