Option to change time of day/weather

I think it would be a nice addition for have an option to change time of day/atmosphere for some maps, like in COH1. In COH1, you could choose between Sunny and Dusk on most maps, and on some there was the option for stormy weather. What do you guys think?

Really need it. Semois should be a night map. Shame that COH2 does not have different voice for day/night like vCOH.

Bystraya Voda is a night map and it's awful.
It is though God by command has withdrawn every other throne.
